Welcome to the Friendship Force of Kansas, Inc.

Friendship Force of Kansas

The Friendship Force of Kansas, Inc., located in the heartland of America, was chartered in 1983, an affiliate of Friendship Force International and was named “Club of the Year” in 1999 and also in 2013.

We have approximately 100 members, most located within a 50 mile radius of Wichita, the largest city in Kansas. (See map below.)

The Friendship Force believes in promoting International understanding through friendship. Our members host foreign club visitors in their homes and act as Ambassadors of friendship, traveling to other Friendship Force clubs worldwide, being hosted in members’ homes for one-week home stays. Ambassadors and hosts may not even speak the same language but hospitality, respect and openness are the bridges that help to create warm and lasting friendships.

“Faces, not places” explains The Friendship Force mission. This private, non-profit organization is not just a travel club, but rather a people-to-people diplomacy with the motto "Changing the way you see the world". Our goal is a mutual understanding and appreciation of our differences and similarities.

If the idea of experiencing another culture by either hosting foreign visitors in your home or being a guest in the homes of people in other countries appeals to you, consider becoming a FRIENDSHIP FORCE member. Click here to learn more about the Friendship Force of Kansas, Inc..
